StrawHat Seperation Arc- Episode 419

First Thoughts
Well isn't that a nice picture eh? Bishonen Luffy makes a return with thick eyebrows. Still that is for later.

Well this episode kind of played out how I thought it was going to. Chopper was going to do some sort of yelling and running. Then something will happen and we leave him. It was kind of boring but it had some nice moments. It brought up some things as in changes and such that I go more in depth later on. I think they did some changes or such to Chopper as design. Then there is Sanji, well I got what I expected. Not completely what I expected but it was what I expected. Kind of strange isn't it?

I not really sure how my thoughts are for this episode as you can see. I don't want to reveal too much about the episode but I don't want to go though all the junk at the same time. I guess I just found this episode kind of...lackluster? Or at least in compare to the last one. Maybe it needed more Nami in the shower. haha

One Piece More: The Chop-tacular ChopperMan

This past week might as well be Chopper Appreciation week with all the Chopper stuff running around. Well more for me at least. Last Saturday I was watching Movie 9. Then the episode for One Piece tomorrow will feature Chopper. Then next week the release for One Piece Season 2 Voyage 3 which features the Drum Island arc.

Which make me wonder, did Funimation actually plan this out to have the Drum Island DVD set to be the same week when Episode 419 was to be shown on the simulcast? Maybe I am over thinking this but it is a lucky break for Funi either way.

StrawHats Separation Arc- Episode 418

First Thoughts
I was wondering how the cover pages referring to the StrawHats activities while being separated was going to be done. Was it going to be done by the eyecatchers? Was each member of the crew going to get a whole episode each? Were they going to ignore it completely? Seems like I was wrong all together because: A)These moments into what Nami and the others were doing were actual chapters. I thought they were just cover pages were just cover pages. Apparently they were chapters that were then later done as cover pages. B) They got half an episode each.

Well we have started StrawHats Separation Arc now starting with Nami and Franky. I went into here expecting Nami to be somewhat serious and some tears. Then Franky was going to be pure funny. That is reasonable to expect right? Well to the meat of the blog!

One Piece More: So not an advertisement for One Piece DVDs

Does it seems like the eyes in the skull are angry? I am sure it is the lighting from the effects but it looks angry. I don't know why. haha

Still I love the trailer for the next set of One Piece DVDs. Just the opening scenes for it are funny.

Amazon Lily Arc- Episode 417

First Thoughts
So we get to the episode where we get all sad. Luffy is leaving Amazon Lily with Hancock and all. I really don't like the picture I choose for the opener blog post. It doesn't feel right. I really had no thoughts going into this episode. I was kind of just happy to watch this episode five minutes after it was made live on the simucast.

There is one thing that I like to say about this episode. For some reason I had the song (or more like verse) "Love is a hurricane!" in my head for half of the episode. I can't remember the name of the song but I do know it exist! It is because of the title of this episode! "LOVE IS A HURRICANE!"

One Piece More will be my way to just talk about anything I want from One Piece to my life. This is my blog after all so I have a right to rant about junk. It be a little something extra that I will try to do each week. I may not do it every week but I do it every so often. Maybe I will show some of my One Piece junk I have collected or something.

No One Piece Manga This Week (SPOILORS!)

Amazon Lily Arc- Episode 416

I should forewarn you guys. This post has a lot of pictures. I kind of went screenshot crazy in this episode. Boy was that a lot of hard work. Still I don't know. I liked a lot of moments in this episode.

First Thoughts

Well....Party party party. Bad news happen. Wait...This isn't the time I do a summary....

Well it was funny watching the party scenes. Got to say that was the funniest part of this episode. Still it had it cool moments. I mean I kind of new this was going to be one of those party episodes so yeah, you think it be kind of lame. Still we all know there is no lame episode in One Piece. haha Unlike another certain anime that involves Soul Reapers and junk.

Manga: Chapter 556 (SPOILERS!)

Ok, before I start this post. Let me make this fact clear. This post is about events that are currently happening in the MANGA. If you are a person that is only following the anime and don't want to know about events that are going to happen in the future then skip this post. I am going to be talking about things that are happening in the manga. Though if you are like me who like to know what is going on in the manga and still watch the anime. Then feel free to read away. As for myself, I prefer to believe in the idea that it is more fun to be part of the journey then the destination. So I don't care if I get spoilers of events that are to come. Still this post will have potential spoilers for future events.

Amazon Lily Arc- Episode 415

First Thoughts

Well I was kind of thinking this was going to be a boring episode. I was also thinking I should have started this blog thing like a week ago so I could blog about such an AWESOME battle. Still instead I am starting on the episode after the battle. Well the episode wasn't boring seeing that we got a lot of information from it and that gut-wrenching feeling of hate that we got a lot of in the last arc concerning certain group of people (or I did). This episode even had a happy ending so it is all good.
