First Thoughts
I was so expecting tears when I went into this episode. You had the death of Sabo follow by his last words to his brother. How can a person not expect tears to happen.

This episode wasn't perfect though. There was one moment that made me wish to turn off my volume which I was close to doing. Overall the episode was everything I expected when it came to covering the material at the same time was able to add more to it.

Also Mikey is back to blogging. He shouldn't since he still has a convention report to do.

Thoughts
Hey hey! Mikey back to doing the anime post and it just so happens to be the one with the new opening! Damn! I don't know if this is a good thing or a bad thing but either way I am here to discuss the new opening along with the new episode.

The opening just happens to start as we begin Luffy's flashback. So the two kind of  goes together in a way as the opening gives a look at Luffy's past and story so far while we are currently looking at Luffy's past. Something interesting to think about.

First Thoughts 
Not much on the first thoughts for this episode. This episode had a lot moments that were good like the beginning and the end...I think...I don't have much to say off the top of my head right now.

I do have the feeling that the animators didn't do something to that is kind of important. Then I went to look at my copies of Shonen Jump to find out that what I was thinking was in a different chapter that is later on.

So let get to the meat of the post and hope that Mikey has more to say there.

Anime: Marineford Arc- Episode 460

First Thoughts

This was a great episode. Full of new sights, places, and actions. Gosh, it was really good. Of course, I did have high hopes for it to begin with, but still, this was really great in my opinion. They covered a lot more than I thought they would, and we even got to see a detailed Rouge’s face, which I’ve never seen before.

This episode definitely had a great touch to it, even if the whole thing was lined with strong hate towards Ace and lots of sadness and evil Marines. For one of the few (probably only) times in my life, I was glad Buggy was there. Sort of. He is surprisingly good comic relief in an otherwise rather sad-sounding episode.

First off, I would like to say to read this post at your own risk. There isn't anything super spoiler-ish. If anything it adds more to the One Piece world and gives us some insight on our awesome characters. Well worth reading if you just follow the anime. Provides a lot of back information on Movie 10.

Still an awesome read. Really good. I don't know how to describe this in just such a short paragraph. Though maybe I am trying to rush this post since it is Thanksgiving and my stomach is hungry. Nonetheless, join me as we look at the One Piece world from over twenty years ago!

Anime: Impel Down Arc- Episode 422

First Thoughts
WELCOME TO IMPEL DOWN! MUHAHAHAHA!

Well this was some episode. I mean my main problem is that most of it was just a bunch of screenshots of things that were inside Impel Down. Those shots gave a look into Impel Down's environment of being a harsh place where the prisoners are treated like crud. Still it just felt like they were trying to waste time and try just prolong the episode as much as they can.

Still this episode had it's moments. Once again we get some good music to match the moments in this episode. Then even though the screenshots we got of Impel Down was too much, it gave us an insight into the prison. To tell the truth I am truly scared of what will happen in Impel Down and scared on what has happen so far inside those walls of the 'Great Prison'. Though got to give props with setting up the setting of what will be for the next who knows how many episodes.
