Thoughts
A lot happened in this chapter, but only a few are noteworthy. Among these was the ship that the G5 Soldiers were able to stole. The ship has not only has PH on the sails as well as but the crest of the World Government.

Either the World Government left this ship on Punk Hazard after the incident from four years ago, or Caesar is still employed by the World Government in some form. Caesar may have declared revenge on the World Government, but that doesn't mean he isn’t working for them. This whole situation could be a ploy developed by the World Government to keep Caesar hidden while he makes weapons for them. The World Government may not want to be associated with something such as experimentation on children. While pretending to work for the World Government, Caesar could just be biding his time until he can strike against them World Government.

This is all speculation, but there has to be a reason why a ship at Punk Hazard has the crest of the World Government. Caesar isn't a man to be taken lightly, as he has many things at his disposal to handle disruptions. He had the Centaur Forces and the Yeti Cool Brothers as you  have seen so far. Now he has revealed what appears to be his ultimate weapon, the Slime. An extreme final measure but clearly he wants the Straw Hats and Smoker's men gone. There has to be more to this island if he is going to such extremes to get rid of the intruders.

We also do not know how powerful Caesar is with his Gas-Gas abilities. Caesar is apparently more than Law could take on his own, if he has to enlist the help of Luffy and his crew. So far Law's plan involves getting Caesar out of his lab, which shouldn't be too hard now that Luffy is right outside demanding to see the deranged scientist. Let see what the rubber pirate has in store for the scientist.

This was one of those chapters that had us bouncing all around in order to give us as much as it could. I dislike such chapters because I’d rather just focus on a few things at a time. I know that Oda will tie all these threads together but it is annoying to see one thing then be pulled away from it right when something is about to happen. It’s a cruel trick, but that is how you draw people in for next week's chapter.
