In case you haven't heard, there is no new One Piece chapter since we got a surprise Christmas gift from Oda and Weekly Shonen. Then there is no new anime episode this week according to the One Piece Wikia. If either proves to be wrong and an episode or chapter comes out then I will update this post and do a post on that chapter and/or episode. If not then who knows when you will hear from me again. haha Overall today is Oda's birthday which is cool since the guy gets to stay at home with his family and friends.
Anime
So what does this means? It means we will have to wait to see what Magellan does now that he is hands free with Hancock. Will he go after Luffy? What will the duo of Luffy and Bon Clay do? Who is this figure that Bon Clay wants to see in Level 5? What will happen to our beloved Buggy and Mr. 3? Well the next episode was going to answer some of these questions while we also get a glimpses of the Mystical Beast that are under the control of the porn-star looking Sadi-chan.

Episode 434: Preparations for War! A Decisive Battle in Level 4- Inferno Hell
Those are the episode titles of the next two episodes. Sounds like some junk is going to go down. We are going have to wait though to see what they mean.
Manga (Spoilers)
I white out my words on the manga. If you don't follow the manga then skip down to the end. If you follow the manga then just highlight it.
So we were last left with Luffy going all Haki on the guys that are about to cut Ace's head off. Those guys went flying off and everybody is looking at Luffy making our straw hat-ed hero the center of attention once again. Got to say I really wondering what is going to happen next. Either Luffy is going to show some sort of control on his Haki and keep this gravy train going or he just going to get beat up a bit but not die. We just know that Luffy doesn't have room for mistakes since he is running on his last legs here. Luffy has bought some time here by that little Haki show he did but will that be enough to save Ace?
How much longer does Whitebeard has before the old guy goes down? Whitebeard promised that he is going to get all those pirates out of there safely before going down and that is seeming more and more less likely but I trust he will keep his word. Things look a bit grim with two of Whitebeard's tough guys a bit down with Jouz frozen and Marco wearing a nice pair of SeaPrism handcuffs. Looks like it time for Luffy to pull out the big guns or get washed with the tide of war.
Lets hope that Luffy can pull out the big guns and while he at it give Kizaru a kick in the face eh? haha Also lets hope that Ace's late birthday gift from Oda will be to get out of the hands of the Marines. haha
So we have no new episode or chapter this week but we have a lot to forward to when both come back in the next couple of weeks. Still it is nice that Oda gets a day off today with no new chapter and let not forget that today's is Ace's birthday too. So happy birthday to both Oda and Ace!
